This page outlines important information regarding services provided by Dustless Mobile Blasting. By requesting or receiving services from Dustless Mobile Blasting, customers acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

Nature of Abrasive Blasting Services

Dustless Mobile Blasting provides abrasive blasting and surface preparation services intended to remove coatings, rust, contaminants, or surface materials from various substrates.

Due to the nature of abrasive blasting, results may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Type and condition of the substrate

  • Type of coating or contaminant being removed

  • Environmental conditions

  • Age and structural integrity of the material being cleaned

  • Prior repairs or unknown underlying damage

While we take great care in performing our work, complete uniformity or restoration of surfaces cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Existing Damage

Dustless Mobile Blasting is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Rust deterioration

  • Structural weakness

  • Thin metal

  • Weathered or brittle materials

  • Hidden cracks, corrosion, or defects

  • Failing coatings or fillers

Blasting may reveal or expose existing damage that was previously hidden beneath coatings or corrosion.

Surface Sensitivity

Certain materials may be sensitive to blasting processes. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Older wood

  • Thin sheet metal

  • Fiberglass

  • Soft stone or masonry

  • Previously repaired surfaces

Customers are responsible for informing Dustless Mobile Blasting of any known sensitivities or concerns prior to service.

Lead Paint and Hazardous Coatings

Some older coatings may contain lead or other hazardous substances.

Dustless Mobile Blasting does not perform hazardous material abatement unless specifically agreed upon in writing and may decline projects where hazardous materials are suspected or confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable environmental or safety regulations related to hazardous materials.

Property Preparation

Customers are responsible for preparing the work area prior to service, including:

  • Removing vehicles, furniture, and personal property

  • Protecting nearby surfaces not intended for blasting

  • Providing clear access to the work area

  • Ensuring utilities and water access if required

Dustless Mobile Blasting is not responsible for items left within the work zone.

Environmental Conditions

Blasting operations may generate water runoff, dust, and debris depending on the project.

While we take reasonable steps to minimize environmental impact, customers acknowledge that certain conditions may be beyond our control.

Weather conditions may also affect project scheduling and performance.

Estimates and Pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on visible conditions at the time they are provided.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, adjustments to the scope of work or pricing may be required. Customers will be notified before additional work is performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dustless Mobile Blasting shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of property value

  • Pre-existing damage revealed during blasting

  • Damage resulting from improper substrate conditions

Liability for services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
